Kansas City, Missouri Employee Wins Giveaway At APWA Conference

Mr. James Silvey, Equipment Operator for the city of Kansas City, Missouri was the lucky winner of the BHC prize drawing during the 2004 APWA Conference. Mr. Kevin Honomichl, Principal-in-Charge for BHC presented the saw to Mr. Silvey at work.
