McPherson Kansas Commissioner Wins Prize From LKM Conference

Charles Scharf, Commissioner Street & Utilities for the city of McPherson, KS was the recipient of a power washer given away by BHC at the League of Kansas Municipalities Conference in Overland Park, KS. Mr. Scharf won the prize by entering a drawing at the BHC exhibit booth. Shown is Mr. Steven Bachenberg, P.E., the leader of BHC’s public works services, personally presenting Mr. Scharf with the prize at work.
