Franchise Agreements in Kansas |
 The Kansas legislature passed new regulations that dramatically
affected the way local telecommunications carriers operated
within city rights of way. BHC RHODES was asked to prepare a
presentation that summarized the changes and provided
advice on how the local carriers needed to proceed. The
preparation for the presentation included research of
the new law and interviews with those that were involved
with forming and passing the regulations. BHC’s
presentation gave a detailed explanation of the changes
the legislation brought about and closed with specific
advice on what the local carriers should be careful of
when negotiating franchise agreements. |
