 ACEC member Bill Brungardt, P.E. in conjunction with other presenters, facilitated a class at the University of Kansas on project delivery systems; qualifications based selection (QBS); project management and a series of best practice papers. This class will help educate tomorrow’s public leaders on public project skills and practices. The University of Kansas has the highest ranked MPA program in the country. |
