BHC RHODES is working with the City of Raymore to plan improvements to North Madison to meet the City’s standards for traffic capacity, safety, and neighborhood amenities.

Current Project Activity:
Preliminary design has been completed and a project walk-thru with City staff has been done. BHC RHODES will now:

• Coordinate with local utility companies with facilities along North Madison to relocate any lines that would be impacted during construction.
• Prepare final plans for bidding and construction.
• Identify any easements or additional R/W that may be required during construction.
