BHC RHODES believes education is very important and has established two programs to support this. Those programs, the BHC RHODES Employee Educational Assistance Program and the BHC RHODES Scholarships Program have been successful in helping the financial needs of many young engineering students as well as BHC RHODES employees as they continue professional development.

The scholarship program was established at the Civil Engineering Department at Kansas State University.
